A FEW MOVIES

The movie focuses on the Borgens family - dad Bill, daughter Samantha and son Rusty, and their quite complicated relationships with people. Bill is still in love with his ex-wife and the mother of his children, while having an affair with his married neighbour. Samantha is living her life and having fun, when her classmate suddenly appears in her life. Rusty on the other hand, falls in love with his classmate who has problems with drugs and alcohol.
To be honest, I only watched this because of some of the actors, but I actually really liked it. The characters are all very different and interesting. It deals with both romantic and family relationships, the plot is quite simple but it's also touching and deals with a little more heavy subjects - it's not just about people being happily in love and everything being perfect.
When Kate is diagnosed with ALS her husband Evan tries to find someone to take care of her. Bec applies for the job, and while Evan doesn't like her, Kate sees something special in her, and she gets the job. In the movie we get to see how Bec and Kate, who are two completely different people, get along and create a beautiful friendship.
I think this is my new favourite film. It's a beautiful and powerful movie about friendship and it shows how the disease can change someone's life just like that. It might make you cry a few tears, but it might make you laugh a little too.

There is a new theme park where Jurassic Park was twenty years ago. The two brothers Zach and Grey go visit their aunt there, who is the operations manager of the park. Everything is going well until the new genetically modified dinosaur escapes and goes on a killing spree.
I remember watching Jurassic Park when I was probably around 10 years old, so I was really excited for this. First of all, it's about dinosaurs. That should be enough to make you watch it. I was sitting on my floor with crisps and I couldn't even eat because I was so into the movie, and at times I had to pause it to breathe and tell my friend what's happening. I think most of the things I sent her was "oh my god". I watched the first Jurassic Park film after seeing this, and I couldn't stop thinking about how much filmmaking - effects, editing and all that has changed in the past twenty years.

Rosie and Alex have been best friends since they were kids, and they're planning to move to Boston together. But Rosie accidentally gets pregnant, doesn't tell Alex and her plan to move after him in a few months gets ruined when she decides to keep the baby after all. In the movie we get to see how they continue their lives on different continents while trying to keep in touch and stay friends.
I watched this twice in July, and so far I've seen it four times this year. I'm not really a fan of romantic movies but for some reason I really like this one. It's a really cute movie which makes you not only happy, but probably also annoyed and sad. I feel like I can't watch this too many times.
